Qualification: Engineering Graduate
Experience: 7 - 10 years of relevant direct institutional selling experience, of which minimum 5 years of leading a team
Key Responsibilities: Should have leadership and analytical skills, manage current business, capable of inspiring and managing a team of sales professionals, responsible for sales, marketing and after sales service functions, adding on products with make or buy decision, pricing, tender building and quoting, Understand/keep track of competition, establish and improve processes of reporting after sales service, knowledge of multiple regional languages.

  Head of Production - Pump Division
   

Qualification: B. E. / Diploma - Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 10 - 12 years in pump manufacturing most preferebly in fire fighting pumps, inclusive of assembly, fabrication, castings, machining, developmental activities of which minimum 5 years of leading a team.
Key Responsibilities: Should have leadership and analytical skills, manage production activities and it's deliverables, R & D activities, new product development, production, planning and control, store management, quality management system.

  Head of Design - Pump Division
   

Qualification: B. E. Mechanical
Experience: 7 - 10 Years in design and integration of various types of pumps like fire pumps, trash and slurry pumps. Well versed with auto cad and proE
Key Responsibilities: Accomplishment of company goals, working closely with Production and Sales team and mfg. of drawings in agreed time lines, product improvements in existing product range, manage part numbering, item coding.

  Manager - International/Domestic Business
   

Qualification: B. E. / D. M. E. with M. B. A. preferred
Experience: 7 - 10 Years in the similer field
Key Responsibilities: Development of international business, customer relationship management, techno-commercial support to customers, negotiation skills, preparation and monitoring of catelogues, procurement of promotional sales kits, domestic dealer networking, keep track of recovery.

  Head of Accounts - Corporate
   

Qualification: C.A. / Inter C. A.
Experience: 12 - 15 Years
Key Responsibilities: Able to handle independently, well verve with sales tax, service tax, excise, tds, income tax, bank reconciliation, finalisation of accounts up to balance sheet, bank proposals, conversent with tally 9 version

  Maintenance Engineer
   

Qualification: Diploma in Electronics Engineering
Experience: 2- 5 Years
Key Responsibilities: Experience in maitenance of robotech machines, preventive maintenance, able to work at multiple locations.
